The 360° Approach
We've designed a structured training program tailored to each service area and employee level. For example, our tax team undergoes a thorough three-week training session in January. Additionally, all employees are required to complete a minimum number of training hours annually.
Recognizing the limitations of training alone, we promote hands-on experiences through inbound and outbound rotations, which we've implemented several times in recent years. These experiences significantly enhance our team's integration into projects.
Our training plan also covers essential soft skills like email writing and verbal communication, along with mandatory formal training on IT and data security policies.
Benefitting from our team members' backgrounds in leading learning initiatives at Big-4 firms and onshore experience, we utilize their expertise to train other team members at Windy Street, ensuring our clients reap the rewards of this collaboration.
