Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of ValDatum Technologies Private Limited (“ValDatum”, “we”, “our”) website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional services including:

  • FinOps & Accounting
  • FP&A & Reporting
  • Analytics & BI Dashboards
  • Data Engineering & ETL
  • Cloud Architecture & DevOps
  • Enterprise Applications & Integrations
  • Custom Web & App Development
  • Consulting & Advisory

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate data & access
  • Ensure lawful access to systems shared
  • Review & approve deliverables timely
  • Maintain backups of your own data

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments follow the agreed proposal or contract
  • Taxes/GST may apply
  • Work may pause for overdue invoices
  • No refunds for services already delivered

4. Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties agree to keep shared data confidential, including:

  • Financial, operational, or customer data
  • Cloud & infrastructure access
  • Internal documents & credentials
  • Intellectual property & models

5. Intellectual Property

You own: Your data, business info, systems.

We own: Pre-existing tools, scripts, internal frameworks.

Shared: Custom work built specifically for your project (unless contract states otherwise).

6. Third-Party Tools

We integrate with tools such as:

  • QuickBooks, NetSuite, Salesforce
  • Power BI, Azure, AWS, Spark, Databricks
  • Stripe, Razorpay, Chargebee

We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

ValDatum is not liable for:

  • Losses due to incorrect data provided by clients
  • Failures caused by third-party software
  • Downtime of cloud or SaaS providers
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is capped at fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed
  • ValDatum hands over permitted deliverables

9. Governing Law
