Unlimited Leaves Policy
During times of necessity, we stand ready to provide assistance. Our organization operates under an unlimited leave policy, yet we strongly encourage all employees to take a minimum of 24 days off per year. Additionally, we provide maternity leave of 26 weeks and paternity leave of up to two weeks.
